We carefully package and ship each order from our studio in small batches to ensure the quality and integrity of every product.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
During launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship through:
- United States Postal Service
- UPS
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Warm Weather Disclaimer
Because our products are made with natural oils and tallow, texture may soften or melt during warmer temperatures.
This does not affect product quality or performance. If melting occurs:
- Place product at room temperature or refrigerate briefly before use.

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality and integrity of every product we create. If for any reason your order does not meet expectations, we’re here to help.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Product Condition
Due to the nature of our formulations, we accept returns on:
- Unused products in original condition
- Lightly used products, with the majority of the product remaining
This allows you to experience the product while maintaining quality standards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order once your return is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. We will make it right.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Warm Weather Notice
Our products are made with natural
ingredients and may soften or melt in high temperatures. If your product
arrives soft, place it upright at room temperature or refrigerate for
30–60 minutes before opening. Product quality is not affected.
